When you are hurt by a friend the best tactic is forgiveness, the best approach is being quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to anger. I believe if we could just follow one of these principals we could alleviate fifty percent of our stress.
Too many people are holding on to last year hurts, and the year before that etc. The point is we must forgive, an unforgiving heart carries too much negative weight that harden the heart and weakens the body.
If you are one of those people struggling with this deadly disease you have two options, one is you can continue to carry it, or phone home to your heavenly father for healing.
