Let’s take a quick evaluation on the human experience. We come in all shape and forms many gifts and abilities some
are stronger than others in certain areas.
When you’re blessed with certain abilities remember you’re also weak in and stagnated in others.
A confident person is usually a humble person who waits on his strength to be called upon.
An arrogant person can’t wait to show his strength he or she don’t mind stepping on you to prove they are stronger than you.
A confident person may see your weakness and help you develop your strength.
An arrogant person is trapped with fear and insecurity he can’t help but feed to off the weak.
A confident person doesn’t mind asking questions whenever he doesn’t know something.
An arrogant person would rather lie and manipulate than say he doesn’t know something.
Confident and arrogance could easily be misused especially if you’re an entertainer. If you feel you have to tell everyone about your swagger and how good you are, you may have an arrogance issue.
But if you’re a quite strength like Tony Dunge, it’s about confident.
A daily examination of self is essential for keeping a good balance.

I have never heard wisdom written more true. Keep up the great work Yot!
