Don’t allow yourself to become numb to tragedy; too often tragedy is right in our own backyard.
We hear and see tragedy all the time; Family’s breaking up, fathers getting lock up, mothers getting strung out on drugs, the girl next door just found out she’s infected with aids.

When you are hurt by a friend the best tactic is forgiveness, the best approach is being quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to anger. I believe if we could just follow one of these principals we could alleviate fifty percent of our stress.
