Another great time at the Rochester Federal Correctional Facility today; it‘s truly a blessing to fellowship with men who believe in change. Although they are behind prison walls dealing with the consequences of their actions, God continues to use them in a mighty way.

When you are hurt by a friend the best tactic is forgiveness, the best approach is being quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to anger. I believe if we could just follow one of these principals we could alleviate fifty percent of our stress.

On September 19th I went to the Rochester Federal Correctional Facility with a group from the Shiloh Temple church to share my testimony with some brothers on lockdown. This was my second time at this facility, and the brothers were excited about us coming back, and I was glad to be back.
The Night At The Club

Sunday night I had the opportunity to rock the stage with The Blueprint, some great musicians in Minneapolis/ St Paul; it’s a beautiful thing when you think about it. Every musician is gifted with playing an instrument or two. That inspired me to start a band of my own. I notice how people react when watching a live band opposed to a track show, it’s really no comparison; the only thing with musicians is dealing with the egos.
